Why isn't Steam working?I have recently set up my new Cyber Power Computer. I installed Steam the day i set it up. Within Two days it stopped working. When i click to run steam, it appears on the bottom of the taskbar minimized. I click, and nothing happens. I do not know if this is related to the problem, but taskbar sometimes appears out of the screen. I have updated my driver and reinstalled steam, but this seems to have no affect.
